I don't think that a comment is supposed to equal the length of the original post. This video and mp3 song of Kanulanu thaake full video song manam video songs naga chaitanya, samantha is published by Aditya Music on 30 Jul She doesn’t want to disappoint her dad nor can she let go off Karthik. That is one of the major reason why Siddhu's Striker didn't go over well with a lot of women. The same so called *logic* is applied during rape situations. The sterotype that women are coy & somewhere they secretly want it but they push the guy away - riles me no end.
Don't tell me that you've made a different & today's kind of movie while peddling in trite hackneyed cliches. I hate the utterly stupid sterotype that a woman's no means yes. And to think he had the nerve to use that incident to later guilt trip her! Her love for him seemed to be under duress & very convenient. I don't care if the guy is a friend, a fiance or a husband.a no means NO. She clearly was pushing him away.but he wouldn't back off. I fail to see the justification for the non-existant editing & for it being over two hours looooong.Ī major sticking point for me is the way Karthik forced himself physically on Jessie in the train. Other thing is the whole movie felt so damn long.like it just wouldn't ever end. i really can't believe i just typed that about Rahman. I hate it when characters speak in hushed tones. On the contrary, i just couldn't give a damn about either Jessie or Karthik. I truly cared about the characters & can't wait to know what will happen to them in the next decade. In fact i saw it 3 times in a single day & know most of the dialogues by heart. When i saw it for the first time i completely head over heals fell in love with it. One of my most cherished romantic films is Before Sunrise/Before Sunset. So, i lay the problem directly at Mr.Menon's feet who was not able to sustain my interest.
I practically zoned out of it half way through. But in my book, different doesn't necessarily mean better.Īs i told you earlier, i'm not a fan of this movie.
Our love for Anand & the fact that YMC is definitely different. May you be blessed with a long wedded lifeĭoes the sea have to sing love to the shore? Land of Malayalam grants consent for welcomingīlessings the bride who arrives to personal room of king The gentle wind that come over the mountains This is one of the best scenes I have seen in the recent times. The next scene breaks into the song “Vintunnava” which is shot with the glossiness of the wedding lights and the extravagant full moon. Observe the scene in which Jessie expresses her love to Karthik in the corridor, the camera zooms in slowly and then Gowtham Menon establishes the magical chemistry between Karthik and Jessie, the camera slowly zooms out and in the mean time our clairvoyance is tested for a few seconds. Gautham Menon is one of the few directors who make the best use of camera with the tracking and Zoom Shots. The heart of “Ye Maya Chesave” is its intelligent dialogues, sporadic conversations and the uninterrupted fluid direction. Gowtham Menon comes with a script which is pure without any compromises. The screenplay is clever, authentic, and sometimes tests the patience of the viewer. Its tough to make a film which has a romantic angle and most of the script is filled with perceptions, convictions, and conversations of the two lead actors.
